JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Roosevelt Boulevard is closed at Edgewood Avenue due to flooding Sunday evening.
A flash flood warning was in effect for Duval County due to severe weather impacting Northeast Florida.
Residents are encouraged to use caution in the area.
