Local Weather: Polar winds blow in

Wind chills in the 30s are expected Tuesday morning

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —

Weather Headlines:

- Much chillier air arrives Monday night

TUESDAY: Ironic how the first day of spring will be our coolest day of the week! Chillier air will rush in behind the front. The morning will start off in the upper 30s and lower 40s, but wind chills will be in the 30s! Afternoon highs will stay cool in the middle 60s under wall-to-wall sunshine.

WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY:  High pressure and a south wind will push the mercury back up into the 70s. Rain chances remain low.

FRIDAY: A Gulf disturbance will bring our next round of rain and storms.

WEEKEND: Rain should be coming to an end Saturday morning, so besides a few pop-up showers, the weekend looks mostly dry. Highs will be in the lower 70s.
