JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is responding to an overturn semi-truck at the intersection of University Boulevard and Phillips Highway.
It is unclear at this time if there are any injuries as a result of the crash.
Two weeks ago, on March 12, a similar incident involving an overturned semi-truck happened in the same area.
