The Gwinnett Stripers stun Jumbo Shrimp in series finale, 10-0

In the 5th inning is when the Stripers cracked the game open, scoring nine runs.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jumbo Shrimp and Gwinnett Stripers were tied in the series, 1-1. Edward Cabrera no longer on the mound as he was anticipated to pitch 3-innings.

In the 5th is when the Jumbo Shrimp really started to struggle as Stripers' Eli White at-bat with bases loaded, then he drills this one towards left for the RBI base hit.

Gwinnett leads by two in the 5th.

Then later, Andrew Velazquez rips this one up the middle to plate two as the stripers send nine guys to the plate in the fifth and score five.

The Jumbo Shrimp would lose this game 10-0 and also lose the series.

They're on the road for the next six games where they'll take on the Durham Bulls.
