JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Chef Esteban Azofeifa has been a consistent guest on Good Morning Jacksonville as a chef to demonstrate meals that viewers could make at home. On Saturday, he announced the launch of his new food truck, SUBpreme Jax, which will feature a variety of sandwiches including his well-known Cuban sandwich and many more.
Fans of his business, El Cubano Jax, can expect a soft opening for the mobile sandwich shop in mid-December, with a grand opening planned on Jan. 5, 2024.
