JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A science teacher at Duval Charter School of Mandarin was arrested on sex crime charges June 23.
Kenneth Alexander Gordon, 69, is accused of two counts of lewd or lascivious conduct.
An arrest affidavit Gordon shows that he touched a student on her buttocks. The student told police that aside from this incident, Gordon had acted inappropriately to her many times, including an incident where he grabbed her by the shoulder and "leaned her forward to look at her buttocks."
The student reported the incident to the school and Gordon was investigated and fired.
The investigation conducted by the school obtained evidence that Gordon talked about a porn site in the classroom. Five students made written statements about him talking about female student buttocks' for the investigation.
Another student even told police that she had seen Gordon touch two male students inappropriately.
Gordon asked female students if they "like boys' private parts, talked about his 'big tool' and that he likes to lick whipped cream off his wife," according to his arrest report. The report also says he asked girls in his class if they like a big penis.
When he was interviewed by police June 2, Gordon allegedly denied the crimes and said he did not know why students in his class would say he was being inappropriate.
