Man arrested for 1996 Riverside murder of mother booked in Duval County Jail following extradition
Jerry Philips, 69, is accused of murdering Valerie Ames, 31; her body was found on Aug. 10, 1996, inside of the Courtyard Apartments on King Street in Riverside.
