Man sentenced to 20 years for running over motorcyclist on Beach Boulevard in fatal hit-and-run
Edwin Rumaldo Amaya killed Lester 'Nicco' Bagalihog in the crash. Investigators say a piece of denim was found on Amaya's vehicle which matched Bagalihog's DNA.
