Travelers nervous after U.S. airlines make decision to continue flying passengers on Boeing 737 Max-8

Since it's not yet known what caused the crash of the plane on Sunday, people are taking to social media to demand that American based airlines ground all flights.

American and Southwest Airlines have been facing backlash on social media over their decision to continue flying the same plane that killed 157 people over the weekend.

Ethiopian Airlines has grounded all of its Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft as "an extra safety precaution" after the crash of one of its planes, a spokesman told AP on Monday. China and Indonesia have since followed suit.

Since it's not yet known what caused the crash of the plane on Sunday, people are taking to social media to demand that American based airlines ground all flights.

Southwest and American Airlines say that their aircraft and personnel are some of the safest in the industry.
