JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - All eastbound lanes of the Mathews Bridge are back open after they were closed during Wednesday morning rush hour.
JSO announced the lane closures around 9 a.m. They reopened after 10 a.m.
A First Coast News employee took this photo of the crash and stated that a school bus was present at the scene, but it was not involved.
