The Jacksonville Police Department said Saturday morning that they safely located the missing 16-year-old girl who went missing Friday morning.
Police said Asha Carter was found in the Jacksonville Beach area and has been returned home.
Carter was initially reported missing Friday morning around 3 a.m.
