Sources: Victim in Westside triple shooting identified as Jacksonville rapper Rico Osama

The victim is identified as Julian House, who rapped under the name Rico Osama. He was 21 years old.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The video attached to this story is from a previous, related report about this shooting.

The man killed in a triple shooting on Jacksonville's Westside Tuesday has been identified as a local rapper.

Family and law enforcement sources have confirmed that the victim was Julian House, who rapped under the name Rico Osama.

House was 21 years old.

Pictures on his personal Facebook page show him with his newborn child, born in December.

The shooting happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday. Surveillance video from the scene shows that bullets were fired at 3:53 p.m.

Police responded to the scene in the 6300 block of San Juan Avenue and found House dead.

One of the victims was able to get away from the scene and reach a nearby business.

First Coast News obtained video of the victim crawling across the parking lot looking for help.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the shooter was wearing a black mask covering their face. They ran away on foot and have not yet been caught.
