JACKSONVILLE, Fla — One person is expected to be OK after they were shot on the Westside Monday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The shooting happened in the 500 block of Lane Avenue South, police said. Officers were called to the scene at around 8 p.m. Once at the scene, JSO said officers found one person with a single non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
That person was taken to a local hospital for treatment, JSO said.
