Union County deputies rescued a bald eagle Tuesday after it was struck by a vehicle.
According to the Union County Sheriff's Office, the bald eagle was transported to the UF Small Animal Hospital in Gainesville, Florida following its rescue. The bird is now undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.
No other information was released at this time.
