WATCH: Alleged 'car surfers' caught jiggling car handles near Fort Caroline
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a video posted Monday evening showing a group of alleged "car surfers" in the Fort Caroline area should be enough to convince citizens to practice the 9 p.m. routine.
