Flagler Beach residents are making preparations for Hurricane Dorian
Evacuations are expected Monday across Zones A, B and F. The area was hit hard by Hurricane Matthew in 2016. It is still working to rebuild coastal highway A1A. Now the area braces for possible effects of Hurricane Dorian this week.
