A fatal crash shut down all lanes on I-95 near University Boulevard in Jacksonville Thursday night.
Those lanes are now open.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened on I-95 Northbound between Bowden and Emerson Street around 10:58 p.m.
