A Live Oak man died Thursday afternoon after colliding into stopped traffic while driving north on County Road 235A in Alachua, Florida.
The accident happened around 3:15 p.m. Thursday and Joshua Martin, 27, was transported to Shands Hospital at the University of Florida where he died from his injuries.
The driver of the car Martin rear ended was not injured.
Further investigation into the incident is still ongoing, but alcohol was not involved and it is currently unknown if Martin was wearing a seatbelt.
