JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two northbound lanes of Old St. Augustine Road heading away from the Mandarin area were closed Monday afternoon due to a crash with injuries.
Those lanes are now open.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the left turn lane on Hood Road was closed for an undetermined amount of time while crews worked to clear the scene.
