PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — The PGA Works Collegiate Championship returned to TPC Sawgrass for the first time since 2021, representing collegiate golf's most diverse and culturally significant championship. Approximately 100 children, aged 8 to 14, were invited to Youth Day.
Kennie Sims, the Senior Director of Impact for the PGA REACH Foundation, expressed the hope of inspiring and expanding the sport in minority communities. Thus, children had the opportunity to learn about golf and the various opportunities it offers, both on the course and behind the scenes.
