JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — *Correction: A previous version of this report stated the incorrect rental property company

No one was arrested after multiple police units responded to a Jacksonville Beach rental property on Sunday regarding a possible eviction, finding two men with connections to the gang, ATK.

According to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, the owner of a residence in the 200 block of 9th Street South was notified by cleaning personnel that multiple people were inside the home with marijuana and at least one handgun.

Officers responded to the property around 4:15 pm. on Sunday, which was after the scheduled checkout time listed on the website.

"Based off this information and the possible trespass, multiple units responded to assist," the department said on Facebook. "The manager, who believed the residence was empty, wanted us to clear it for safety."

As units entered the residence, sounds were heard upstairs. After a callout was made, six people exited, police said.

Two men were identified as "ATK" gang members or associates, according to police.

The group, made up of three women and three men, was detained pending the investigation.

Members from the Jacksonville Beach Special Investigations Unit and specialty units with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office also responded.

After a thorough search through the residence and two vehicles, no firearms or drugs were found, according to police.

Everyone detained at the scene was identified and released.

Despite no drugs or firearms being found at the scene, police said: "We believe they were able to discard illegal items from the time the cleaning lady observed them until we were contacted."

The incident comes less than a week after rapper Yungeen Ace was arrested in Jacksonville Beach.

The rapper, whose real name is Keyanta Bullard, was arrested after multiple firearms were found in a vehicle he was a passenger in.

Bullard was charged with possession of a firearm, weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, a JSO arrest report states.

Bullard is the leader of the "ATK" gang which police have said stands for Ace To Kill.
