JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Lisa and Christopher Taliaferro joined Good Morning Jacksonville to describe their non-profit organization Patients Not Prisoners, which raises money and awareness for mental health resources for people who are incarcerated.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, on May 31 they will host an event called Evening of Compassion, which includes a film presentation, dinner and a live auction to benefit their mission of bringing mental health resources to an underserved prison population.
