Palatka man shot, killed in street

Police are searching for information after a man was shot and killed in a Palatka street early Wednesday morning.

PALATKA, Fla. -- Police are searching for information after a man was shot and killed in a Palatka street early Wednesday morning.

A person called 911 after Iseley Crowley, 40, was found bleeding on their front porch in the 600 block off North 11th street just after 1 a.m.

When Palatka Police arrived, they found that Crowley had been shot multiple times, according to PPD. He was transported to Putnam Community Medical Center and later died.

PPD says the shooting happened shortly before he was discovered in a road near the intersection of Bronson Street and North 11th. Officers located witnesses in the area who said they heard multiple gun shots, but did not give any suspect information.
