So far, Spencer Calvert's civil trials take place April 8 and April 11.

NOCATEE, Fla. — The Nocatee builder accused of leaving reality TV star Captain Sandy Yawn's home and others unfinished, has nine lawsuits filed against him, documents show.

Spencer Calvert, 51, is charged with misappropriation of construction funds $100,000 or more, grand larceny of $100,000 or more, and fraud-swindle to obtain property $50,000 or more, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office. He is the president of Pineapple Corporation.

There are civil hearings for three cases between April 8 and on April 11, according to court records. Five other cases do not have a civil hearing date yet.

State Attorney R.J. Larizza said in a news conference in February that more than $15 million was partially misappropriated from 13 victims, adding that Calvert collected the money from his customers from 2019-2023 in the form of deposits and withdrawals.
