FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A 21-year-old Palm Coast man reported missing and found on Thursday is at the center of another purple alert the Flagler County Sheriff's Office issued on Sunday.
FCSO issued an alert for Samuel Mills, stating he was last seen in the 100 block of Coral Reef Court North in Palm Coast, and could be driving a 2007 Nissan Xterra.
Mills suffered a traumatic brain injury from a car crash in 2020.
He was previously reported missing on Thursday but was safely located and returned home by the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
Mills is 6 feet, 160 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange and blue shirt.
