JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol is responding to a car that flipped on I-295 Friday afternoon, closing two westbound lanes.
According to FDOT, the crash occurred around 12:11 p.m. westbound just before Old St. Augustine Road. The severity of the crash is classified as "Major." Lanes were reopened around 1:15 p.m.
Troopers were seen pushing the car off the road Friday afternoon as an ambulance was on scene.
