Identity of man killed in 'targeted' Orange Park shooting released

First Coast News has learned the identity of a man killed in a shooting Saturday night in Orange Park.

ORANGE PARK, Fla. — First Coast News has learned the identity of a man killed in Orange Park on Saturday night. The family of the victim says he is Tony Ross. Officers arrived on the scene at 351 Crossing Blvd. at the Reserve at Orange Park apartment complex just after 6:30 p.m.

When deputies arrived they located a man outside the apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene. The shooting appears to be a "deliberate, targeted attack," according to deputies.
