Deputies searching for Clay County suspect connected to Georgia murder

Clay County Sheriff's Office is working with federal and Georgia authorities to arrest man who has stayed near Orange Park, police said.

ORANGE PARK, Fla. — The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a man who has a warrant charging him with murder in Richmond County, Georgia. 

Jamari Kaliq Williams, 20, is described as a 5-foot-6-inch tall black male with short dreadlocked hair and weighing 150 lbs. CCSO is working with the United States Marshals Service and the Richmond County Georgia Sheriff’s Office.

The post said the U.S. Marshals Service received information that Williams was in the Orange Park area. Williams is aware that he is wanted, should be considered armed and dangerous and is believed to still be in the area.

Anyone with information should contact CCSO at 904-264-6512. People can remain anonymous and submit a SaferWatch tip or contact First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS (8477) and be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $3,000 if the information given in the tip leads to an arrest.
