JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A large vehicle fire has shut down the northbound lanes of Interstate 295 near the JTB, or Butler Boulevard, Wednesday night.
No details were released as to what caused the fire, but the Florida Department of Transportation cameras showed a heavy presence of fire crews as they worked to extinguish large plumes of smoke.
One NB lane of I-295 opened back up around 10:20 p.m. Hazmat teams also responded to the scene.
