JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crash involving multiple vehicles, including one vehicle that is on fire caused traffic delays on Interstate-295 northbound at Collins Road Monday night.
The Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department said in a tweet that crews are responding to the scene of the crash, and drivers should expect delays.
