JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office wants the community's help in identifying two suspects in a drive-by shooting that left one man dead in Moncrief.
The victim, 27-year-old Ronald Jenkins, was found dead in the road in the 4600 block of Ken Knight Drive North Saturday evening, police said.
Witnesses at the scene told police a vehicle, possibly a Kia Optima or a Hyundai Sonata, stopped near Jenkins before shots rang out. Police said two men were inside the vehicle.
The black vehicle was last seen speeding northbound on Ken Knight Drive at around 2:45 p.m. that day.
