GAINESVILLE, FL -- A report on foxsports.com indicates that former Gators wide receiver Percy Harvin tested positive for marijuana use at the NFL Combine in February.

This report cites two sources, and it coincides with a similar report from profootballtalk.com last week.

While rumors about prospects testing positive have been swirling for weeks on the Internet, the official list of players who failed drug tests at the Combine was delivered to all 32 NFL teams earlier this week.

According to the author of the report on foxsports.com, Alex Marvez, the only high profile prospects who appear on the NFL's list of players who failed drug tests at the Combine are Harvin and North Carolina wide receiver Brandon Tate.

Ever since the reports of a potential failed drug test for Harvin began a few weeks ago, the former Gator and his agent, Joel Sega,l have declined to comment about the situation.

Most of the reports about players who didn't pass the drug test at the Combine have turned out to be false, including a story from Sports Illustrated about Boston College defensive tackle B.J. Raji testing positive.  Since the official list of players has come out, S.I. has retracted its original story and apologized for the error.

As for Harvin, his positive drug test could result a potential fall out of the first round, which is where he has been projected to be picked in most mock drafts on the internet.
