JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- With Thanksgiving approaching many people have turkey on their minds but not the folks at the Jacksonville Zoo. For this month's zoo encounter, they are talking chicken. Pinkie, a silky bantam chicken, was the guest on GMJ Saturday. Pinkie is just a few months old, but she is not expected to get much bigger. To see Pinkie and all of the animals at the zoo, you can stop by between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Admission for adults is $13. Children age 3-12 are $8.
