Teachers. Many of you know one and everyone has been inspired by one. Yet how often have you stopped and thanked the people we trust with our children?

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Laura Smith has been teaching for ten years, but
in her classroom each child learns at his or her own pace. Smith teaches
special needs students at W.E. Cherry Elementary in Clay County. Her
students can range greatly in both age and ability.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Nicole Phenneger teaches in not just one, but two
languages. Her classroom at Beauclerc Elementary School is not your
average kindergarten classroom; she's part of Duval County Public
Schools' Dual Language Team.
