VIDEO: Community opposed to the closing of Carmen Street on Jacksonville's Eastside
Carmen Street has a railroad crossing used by trains, cyclists and motorists. The street is one of only two connections between Springfield and the Phoenix communities. The closing will have an impact on the commute of those who use it.
