Police believe that alcohol may have been a factor after 22-year-old struck, killed by vehicle in Jacksonville Beach
31-year-old Joshua Lamar Lovingood of Jacksonville, was driving southbound in the 800 block of Second Street North when he struck Bryn Turner in the roadway. Turner died at the scene.
