On This Day Last Year: Irma floods the streets of downtown Jacksonville
During Hurricane Irma, water spilled over the banks of the St. Johns River and into the streets of downtown Jacksonville. When the sun came up Sept. 11, we could see just how high the water had gotten. This video was shot by our news director.
