Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp hosting event Saturday to benefit late employee
Emanuel "Manny" Hernandez, Jr. earned a degree at UNF and was an employee with the Jumbo Shrimp until he died in a car accident in 2017.
Now, UNF and the Jumbo Shrimp are teaming up to create a scholarship fund in his memory.
