Trial delayed in case of man accused of murdering Bonefish Grill coworker
Lee Rodarte, appealed his Stand Your Ground claim, delaying the trial indefinitely. According to his petition, Rodarte says he is entitled to immunity in Gold's death because he killed her in self-defense.
