Shipmates pay tribute to slain Jacksonville Navy officer
On the one-year anniversary of her shooting death in Jacksonville, shipmates of Navy Petty Officer Andrea Washington remembered her by releasing lighted lanterns in the sky at the beach. Washington's ex-fiance Danny Beard is charged in her death. Her shipmates' message during the ceremony: "We will never forget."
