Two cats, appeared to be thrown from vehicles, need donations to pay for treatment
Adopted by Christmas? One was found on the side of the Buckman Bridge and the other along I-95. Clay Humane is asking the community for donations to pay for their treatment so they can be adopted by Christmas.
