JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — SUNDAY: Cloudier, gray start with some patchy fog this morning. A few more breaks of sunshine with a warm, southwest breeze will bring temperatures near 80 by the afternoon. Green flags will be flapping from Jacksonville to Daytona for the big race!
TONIGHT: Clouds around could make for another nice sunset. A beautiful, pleasant evening with a nice breeze. Temperatures dropping down into the 60s overnight.
MONDAY: A weakening front slowly drops south across the First Coast, keeping the clouds around and bringing just a handful of showers. Most of us end up staying dry, the better chance for some precipitation looks to be Tuesday. Highs hand in the mid 70s.
TUESDAY: A fresh, cooler ocean breeze blows in with cloudier skies and some coastal showers around. Highs in the 60s, near 70 degrees.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Things warm right back up by Wednesday with highs warming into the lower 80s. Temperatures will likely top out in the middle to upper 80s by Thursday and Friday. Conditions stay mostly dry and warm into next weekend.
