At least one person is dead after a traffic crash near Naval Air Station Jacksonville Thursday evening.
The crash happened on Roosevelt Boulevard near Birmingham Avenue. NAS Jacksonville says all northbound and southbound lanes of US-17 are closed.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said the crash involved multiple injuries and a car was on fire.
