JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One person was injured in a Monday morning crash on the Buckman Bridge involving at least eight vehicles, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
Crews tweeted around 8 a.m. that the pile-up was causing heavy delays on the bridge heading southbound.
"The good news is there is only one injury...the bad news is traffic will be backed up for a while," said JFRD on Twitter.
At this time it's not clear what caused the crash. The scene has been cleared but there is still residual traffic in the area.
