JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police are investigating a crash Wednesday night in the New Town area.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the crash happened at 1100 Powhattan St. around 6:35 p.m.
JSO said when officers arrived, they found a person with life-threatening injuries. The person was taken to the hospital to be treated.
JSO's Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating what led to the crash.
