JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All lanes have reopened after a major crash temporarily shut down a portion of I-10 near US 301 in western Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said multiple cars were involved in the crash. There were also multiple injuries reported, according to the fire department. However, the extent of the injuries is not known at this time.
All westbound lanes of I-10 were shut down as crews worked to clear the scene.
Drivers are still urged to use caution when traveling near the area.
