A 36-year-old Palatka man has died after a collision in Clay County Monday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said Joshua Daniel Broadway was traveling eastbound on State Road 16 in the area of Sunset Avenue when a Jeep Wrangler entered the lane Broadway was in.
The driver of the Jeep Wrangler, identified as Wilson Michael Patrick, 47, of Jacksonville, Florida, then collided into the left side of Broadway's vehicle, FHP said in its report.
Broadway was taken to Orange Park Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
FHP says the crash remains under investigation.
