Old school Jaguars jerseys making a comeback?

The leaping jaguar. The black, gold, teal numbers. Is it all back?

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The oldest sporting goods company in Philadelphia, Mitchell & Ness, is teasing a release of throwback Jacksonville Jaguars jerseys.

Remember the classic Jags look with the leaping jaguar on the sleeve? It's many fans' favorite. Well, it appears that Mitchell & Ness is taking the beloved 1990s design and giving it a 2019 build.

One Tweet, captioned, "Next month," displays the shoulder of the old-fashioned white sleeve with what appears to be Fred Taylor's name and number.

While it is the club's 25th anniversary, it would be a surprise if the Jaguars announced these throwbacks as their alternates for this season. I would expect a list of vintage releases like Fred Taylor, Keenan McCardell, Jimmy Smith, etc. to be sold to the public.
