The Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles Foundation posted to Facebook Monday saying they would match up to $15k worth of donations to the family of Cathy Adams, 43, who was killed in a DUI wreck on I-95 in St. Johns County Sunday.

Bortles' Facebook post said, "We encourage the entire community to come together to provide support and assistance to the Adams family while ensuring they can still enjoy the holidays."

Donations were matched up until Friday, 12/14 at 5 p.m.

The foundation raised nearly $35,000 for the Adams family from 227 different donors.
