Your complete guide to attending Jacksonville Jaguar games in 2021

Here's everything you need to know about COVID-19 protocols, parking, tickets and much more at TIAA Bank Field this season.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Football season is officially back, and so are the Jacksonville Jaguars!

Many NFL teams are changing how they operate due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which include updated safety procedures.

Here's everything you need to know about COVID-19 protocols, parking, tickets and much more at TIAA Bank Field this season.

Parking:

  • Parking lots will typically open four hours before kickoff for Jaguars home games and will close two hours after the end of each game or event at TIAA Bank Field. Parking lot hours of operation are subject to change in the Jaguars' sole discretion
  • Face coverings are strongly encouraged but not required in parking lots
  • Your parking pass must be prominently displayed upon entry into the lot and at all times during the game. Vehicles not displaying a valid parking pass are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's sole expense
  • Each parking pass entitles the user to one parking space in the specified lot
  •  Portable toilets are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots
  • Trash receptacles are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots and near the entrances to the Stadium

Traffic

The biggest change this season is the removal of the Hart Bridge Ramps. Now, the exit from the bridge can lead directly to Gator Bowl Blvd. If you are going to park north of the stadium or in Tailgaters, you want to stay in the right lane. If you are going to park west of the stadium, you want to stay in the left lane. Either way, look out for delays in this area as drivers navigate this new pattern.

Look out for directional changes along Bay Street and Gator Bowl Boulevard.
